Job summary

FNZ (UK) Ltd is seeking a Solution Consultant for the Figaro platform. In a hybrid/remote UK-wide role, you will advise wealth management clients, lead business analysis, support implementations and provide ongoing guidance to maximise platform value.

You will bridge business needs with technology, coordinating with clients, development teams and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business analysis or similar client-facing environment.
• Experience with the FNZ Figaro platform.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day Figaro queries and platform usage.
• Present and demonstrate Figaro capabilities to clients and prospective customers.
• Lead business analysis activities across client projects and translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Support platform implementation, configuration changes and training.
• Collaborate with development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
