Job summary

Voyage Care is hiring a Fieldcare Supervisor to lead our supported living services across Christchurch and Shillingstone. You will supervise staff, implement person-centred care, and drive service quality with regular visits to sites.

The role requires experience in care management, a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, and the ability to manage complex needs. You will contribute to team development and ensure high standards of care while maintaining on-call cover when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in care management and supervising teams.
• Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments, write reports and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of colleagues to support independent living for service users.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Induct new staff, conduct supervisions and performance appraisals.
• Complete medication competencies and audits; attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Prepare reports and support the Branch Manager with day-to-day service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.

Fieldcare Supervisor – Covering 3 services in Christchurch and Shillingstone

Pay : £16.33 per hour plus mileage

Hours - Predominantly working Monday to Friday between 8am -5pm but you must be flexible -37.5 hours per week

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisor to join us in leading our supported living services in Christchurch and Shillingstone . The services are a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Our Fieldcare Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. You could be developing and implementing person centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, completing medication competencies and medication audits, attending mutli-disciplinary meetings, completing reports and generally assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Field Support Supervisors regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support.

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

We’re interested in our Fieldcare Supervisors having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Fieldcare Supervisors should have previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
