Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to carry out repairs and maintenance in customers' homes. This field-based role offers variety and autonomy as you diagnose leaks, lay and replace pipework, and manage jobs on your own.

You'll need a full UK driving licence, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach. The package includes salary £37,220–£41,810, a £1,500 first-year bonus, overtime, pension, and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
