Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to carry out repairs and maintenance in customers' homes, focusing on water mains. You will diagnose and fix leaks, lay and replace pipework, and perform excavation and reinstatement as needed.

This field-based role requires independent work, a strong customer service focus, and a positive, proactive approach to on-site problems. A competitive package includes a £1,500 first-year bonus, pension, and company van with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently on site.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Positive and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
