HomeServe UK is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to carry out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems in customers’ homes. This field-based role offers autonomy and variety, with responsibilities including diagnosing leaks, laying and replacing pipes, excavation work, and delivering excellent customer service.
The position requires a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach. Induction begins with Week 1 at our Walsall Head Office, followed by week 2 on-the-job training with
Competenze
- Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection)
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
Mansioni
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains
- Laying and replacing pipework
- Excavation and reinstatement work where required
- Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care
