Affinity Water is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join its field-based team managing the below-ground network and ensuring water quality and customer service standards are met. You will investigate enquiries, support network maintenance, plan and execute isolations, and work with regulatory and company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

A full UK driving licence is required to travel between sites; the role offers a base salary of £41,462 plus flex allowance

• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to work to regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, advise and report on enquiries within prescribed timescales, keeping customers informed.
• Help preserve water quality by ensuring works are delivered within regulatory and company standards.
• Plan and execute network isolations to facilitate planned and reactive works; investigate leakage and complete Network MOTs.
