Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting for a Digital Deployment Lead to be based on site at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on embedding digital processes, improving data quality and delivering insightful reporting to support informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will engage users through technology change, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive adoption of new digital solutions in a complex operational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.

This is a full-time role based onsite at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset, working five days per week on site.

Essential experience of the Digital Deployment Lead:

• Experience leading the implementation, deployment or management of business-critical digital systems or software platforms.
• Experience engaging, training and supporting users through technology and process change.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, manufacturing or other complex operational environments.
• Ability to drive adoption of new technologies and continuously improve digital ways of working.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Security Clearance
