Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Cardiff or Neath is seeking a Field View Coordinator / Project Systems Administrator to maximise the use of Trimble Field View across its projects and regional offices. This flexible role can be permanent or freelance and may suit full-time or part-time hours.

You do not need to be a trainer; practical Field View experience in construction environments is more important, with responsibilities spanning project setup, data capture and information management.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using Trimble Field View in a construction-related environment.
• Experience setting up projects, forms or workflows within Field View.
• Strong IT and systems skills.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence supporting colleagues and explaining processes.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Field View support to project teams across the business.
• Assist with project setup, workflows and system administration.
• Capture quality inspections, project records and site information.
• Provide guidance and best-practice support to users.
• Improve data capture consistency and reporting across projects.
• Support document control and project information processes.
• Assist QA and compliance teams with system utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and maximise value.
• Act as first point of contact for internal Field View queries.
