Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Field View Coordinator / Project Systems Administrator to maximise Trimble Field View usage across projects and regional offices.

The role focuses on supporting project teams, configuring forms and workflows, and ensuring data quality and compliant information management. Flexible hours and either permanent or freelance arrangements may apply, with office bases in Cardiff or Neath and site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using Trimble Field View in construction-related environments.
• Strong IT and systems skills with a focus on data handling.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project administration and document control.

Responsibilities

• Providing Field View support to project teams across the business.
• Assisting with project setup, workflows and system administration.
• Helping site teams capture inspections, records and site information.
• Supporting forms, inspections, reporting and information management.
• Guiding new and existing users with best-practice approaches.
• Improving data capture consistency and reporting across projects.
• Assisting document control and project information processes.
• Supporting QA and compliance teams with system utilisation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and maximise platform value.
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal Field View queries.
