Job Title: Field Ventilation Cleaner

Salary and Benefits:

£28,000 - £32,000 (OTE £36,000+) + Vehicle + Door to Door + Overtime + Bonus + Training + Pension + Stability

Role Summary:

As a Field Ventilation Cleaner, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-quality compliance cleaning services, with opportunities for career development and progression within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cover Birmingham and surrounding areas as a regional field-based role.
2. Supervise and collaborate with field operatives to complete cleaning tasks.
3. Manage compliance services, including duct cleaning, fire damper testing, and temperature monitoring.
4. Occasional overnight stays with hotel, meals, and travel expenses paid.
5. Work overtime at time and a half pay.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Background in Facilities Management or maintenance.
2. Experience in extract, duct cleaning, or ventilation is advantageous.
3. IT literacy.
