They seek a Field Ventilation Cleaner to lead operations, ensuring the delivery of top-quality compliance cleaning services. Your role as a Field Ventilation Cleaner will include:

1. Field-based role covering Birmingham and surrounding areas
2. Supervising and collaborating with field operatives to complete cleaning tasks
3. Managing compliance services, including duct cleaning, fire damper testing, and temperature monitoring
4. Occasional overnight stays, with hotels, meals, and travel expenses paid
5. Overtime paid at time and a half

As a Field Ventilation Cleaner, you will need:

• A background in Facilities Management or maintenance
• Experience in extract, duct cleaning, or ventilation (beneficial but not essential)
• IT literacy
• A positive attitude
