R&D Partners is recruiting a Training Specialist to train NHS professionals on innovative diagnostic solutions within the UK Applications team. This field-based role involves delivering high-quality training across multiple Trusts and supporting near-patient care products.

Role requires regular travel, car ownership/availability, and immediate work eligibility in the UK. Fluency in English and the ability to work both independently and in teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK-EU or equivalent driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Expert Training: Provide and record product training for customers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Customer Support: Address training-related inquiries, from product installation to troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• On-Site Activities: Support hardware-software implementations during product launches.
