Job summary

Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Mobile Training Engineer (Central) to deliver high-quality training on Heat Pumps, renewables, and combustion products to customers and employees across the UK. The role is field-based, requires travel within your designated area and occasional UK-wide travel.

You will develop course content, maintain the Mobile Training Van, and support the electrification strategy while building relationships with colleges and partner centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training role is preferred but not required.
• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT qualifications are essential.
• Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning procedures.
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on combustion products, heat pumps and renewables to customers and employees.
• Travel to customer locations within your designated area; occasional UK-wide travel.
• Develop course content and materials for training programmes.
• Maintain and develop the Mobile Training Van and training facilities.
• Support sales with product launches, exhibitions and tours; build relationships with colleges.
