Job summary

Start Monday Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Training Engineer to deliver high-quality training across Boilers, Heat Pumps & Renewable products. Based from home, you will travel regionally to customer sites in the East Yorkshire & Northeast region and beyond as needed.

You will train gas and renewables engineers, develop courses, and support sales events while maintaining strong relationships with training providers. A full UK driving licence and ACS CCN1/CEN1 are required.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, organised Heating/Gas Engineer with a desire to educate & upskill others across the boiler, heat pump & renewables range.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, confident in communicating to individuals across all levels.
• Ability to present to both learners & experienced industry individuals.
• Boiler fault-finding & repair experience.
• ACS Certification (CCN1 and CEN1).
• Computer literate with Outlook, PowerPoint & Word applications.
• Full UK driving Licence - essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on Boilers, Heat Pumps & Renewables to customers and internal staff.
• Operate the Mobile Training Vehicle to visit customer locations.
• Support training across the wider region or country with travel or overnight stays.
• Prepare course content and materials.
• Develop new and existing courses for products and legislation.
• Assist sales with product launches, events and exhibitions.
• Engage with college links and approved training provider networks.
