Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Mobile Training Engineer (North East) to deliver high‑quality training on Heat Pumps, combustion products and renewables to customers and employees across the UK. The role is field‑based and involves travel to customer locations within your designated area.

You will develop course content, support sales with launches, and upskill colleagues. Applicants with training experience and ACS CCN1/CENWAT and NVQ3 in plumbing/heating are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a training capacity is preferable but not essential.
• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT required or desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on Combustion products using mobile training van, partner centres and Worcester Bosch locations.
• Train customers on Heat Pumps to support renewables market share growth.
• Deliver training on Gas, Oil and Renewable products at customer locations and Worcester Bosch training centres.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and partner centres in your area.
• Assist the sales team with product launches, exhibitions and factory tours.
• Prepare course content and training materials.
• Maintain and develop the Mobile Training Van.
• Develop new and existing courses for products and legislation.
• Participate in train-the-trainer projects for new products and services.
