AkzoNobel is seeking a Field-Based Territory Manager to drive sales across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. You will manage designated accounts, develop new distribution channels and execute sales plans to grow profitability while maintaining brand leadership.

Role requires relationship-building, strong communication, and drive to meet targets; a full driving licence is essential for regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and financial skills.
• Understanding of category management and merchandising.
• Proven ability to meet targets and negotiate persuasively.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work with designated accounts in your territory to deliver sales, profit and share targets.
• Prospect for and develop new distribution opportunities.
• Develop appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods while providing quality of service.
• Execute business sales plans, marketing initiatives and promotions to grow profitability.
• Review brand presence and maintain leadership by merchandising in store.
• Deliver customer service levels to ensure AkzoNobel products remain preferred.
