Job summary

Anglian Water invites applications for a Field Technician in Water Recycling Services based in Cambridge. You will tackle sewerage network issues, operate jetting equipment and CCTV gear, and respond to incidents while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

You'll work largely on your own with occasional team support, using handheld devices to record work and communicate with customers. A full driving license is essential, and you may be required to work out of hours as part of standby

Qualifications

Good IT literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
Full driving license is essential; 4.5 tonne license could be advantageous.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Operate a single-person high pressure water jetting unit and CCTV equipment.
Investigate and resolve sewerage issues for customers at first contact.
Respond to incidents and complete planned maintenance work.
Accurately record feedback from site using IT systems.
Work predominantly alone, with occasional support from internal/external colleagues.
