Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience Required), Preston, Lancashire

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the UK. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural documents to meet quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management via Senior Engineers for ongoing repetitive incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily to ensure timely resolution.
• Possessing IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
