Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that delivers services to public sector clients and contributes to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We are interested in candidates with the following experience:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following the latest contract manuals and procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP and network infrastructure products, PCs, and related technologies is preferred.
