Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a part in keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical break/fix support for installed solutions.
• Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed open incidents daily, actively managing your workflow to close them out.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
