Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a company providing services to public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with equipment installation using current contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Managing daily incident reviews and workflow to resolve open issues efficiently.
• IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products are preferred.
