Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and contributing to public safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to quality and time standards under supervision.
• Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Experience escalating issues to problem management for ongoing incidents.
• Daily review and management of open incidents, actively managing workflow and utilization.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
