Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer for the UK & Ireland. You will be the primary technical contact, traveling 80%+ to install, calibrate, train customers, and perform on-site repairs.

You will manage travel logistics, document installations, and help customers leverage Formlabs hardware and software. The role requires a strong electromechanical background, excellent English communication, and a valid B license.

Qualifications

• Based in London/Manchester/Dublin preferred.
• Willing to travel 80%+.
• Fluent English (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate new 3D printing systems on customer sites.
• Conduct structured on-site training and live product demonstrations.
