Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the UK and Ireland. The role requires extensive travel (80%+), installation, commissioning and on-site training of 3D printing systems.

You will diagnose and repair electromechanical issues and document work in Salesforce, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical/hardware background.
• Fluent English (C1-C2).
• Valid driver’s license (B) is required.
• Based in London/Manchester/Dublin or willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and on-site training of 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Break-fix and preventative maintenance with rapid response to downtime.
• Travel management, documentation of installations, training sessions and repairs in Salesforce.
