Job summary

Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, seeks a Field Technical Support Engineer for the UK & Ireland region. You will install, commission, and train customers on Formlabs systems at on-site locations, and perform critical repairs with a focus on rapid, single-visit resolutions.

You will travel 80%+ across the region, manage complex travel itineraries, document activities in Salesforce, and empower customers to operate and maintain their printers.

Qualifications

• Based in London, Manchester or Dublin.
• Willing to travel 80%+ and perform on-site installations and trainings.
• Fluent English (C1-C2) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Customer Training: install, commission, calibrate equipment and train customers on system use and software.
• Break-Fix & Maintenance: rapid response for downtime, on-site repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Documentation & reporting: maintain records of installations, trainings and repairs in Salesforce.
• Travel & logistics: manage complex travel schedules and expense reporting.
