Job summary
Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to work closely with Caterpillar and our customer base. You will handle new and existing product problems, from engine failures to proactive failure prevention, providing timely solutions to minimize business impact and support new product introduction through close field follow programmes.

Qualifications
- Experience working with Caterpillar products and systems.
- Ability to coordinate product problem resolution and service delivery.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate product problem resolution and risk reporting.
- Work with suppliers and Caterpillar to improve reliability and reduce warranty expense.
- Provide on-site support and analysis to reduce customer and business impact.
- Develop relationships with the service delivery network and coach engineers.
