Job summary

Calor is seeking an Area Technical Supervisor to lead health and safety audits, quality inspections, and regulatory compliance across LPG installations in Ireland and the UK. The role is field-based and requires strong stakeholder management and a proactive safety mindset.

You will coordinate emergency response, contractor oversight, and customer-facing technical support, driving safe, practical solutions while supporting continuous improvement and cost-effective project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and sound technical knowledge.
• Proactive approach to health and safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage contractors/installers and coordinate emergency response.
• Support continuous improvement and deliver safe, practical customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: coordinate after-hours calls and investigate incidents with reports.
• Contractor Management: audits, onboarding, and permit-to-work oversight.
• Asset Management: inspections and maintenance of LPG installations.
• Regulatory Engagement: liaise with CRU / Gas Safe / HSE and other bodies.
• Stakeholder management across internal teams, customers, and external partners.
