Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is hiring an Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified) to oversee day-to-day field operations across a designated area in the UK. The role requires supervising field teams, coordinating workloads, and ensuring work is carried out safely and to required standards.

You will perform site visits, quality checks, and liaise with customers and contractors while maintaining accurate records. A gas qualification, driving licence, and strong HSE knowledge are essential for this permanent,

Qualifications

• Gas qualified with relevant industry experience.
• Supervisory or management experience within a gas, heating, maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing teams and coordinating workloads.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working across a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support operational and field-based teams across the designated area.
• Coordinate workloads, resources and daily activities.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Carry out site visits, inspections and quality checks where required.
• Monitor performance and address any operational issues.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and industry regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to engineers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant reports.
• Assist with resolving customer and operational queries.
