Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a technically minded sales professional for a Technical Sales Representative / Sales Engineer role based in Coventry or Wakefield. You will combine engineering knowledge with commercial responsibilities, engaging OEMs, distributors and end users across UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.

You will spend significant time in the field, building relationships, delivering technical support and growing both existing and new accounts with regular travel and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Strong technical sales mindset with engineering background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across UK, Ireland and Nordic regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors and end users.
• Visit customers regularly in the field, with overnight stays as required.
• Provide technical advice and application support to customers.
