Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial coffee machines, bean-to-cup systems and vending equipment. The role combines office work with hands-on field-based duties across the UK, including on-site fault diagnosis, installation support and customer training.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with commercial coffee machines and strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding capabilities, with the ability to read schematics and

Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial coffee machines is essential.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel around the UK as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field engineers.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related faults on commercial coffee machines.
• Provide telephone and remote technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support installation, commissioning and servicing of coffee and vending equipment.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot coffee machines and associated systems.
• Assist engineers with technical queries and parts identification.
• Produce technical reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Liaise with internal engineering, product and service teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training where required.
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to product improvements.
