About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer to join a global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending equipment.

This is a varied office and field-based role, providing technical support to customers and engineers while also travelling to customer sites to provide hands‑on assistance.

You will become a technical specialist across a portfolio of commercial coffee machines, bean‑to‑cup systems and automated vending equipment, supporting installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and ongoing maintenance.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with commercial coffee machines, with a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and electromechanical systems.

About You

• Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines is essential.
• Experience in technical support, field service or engineering.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Experience with bean‑to‑cup, traditional espresso or vending machines would be highly advantageous.
• Understanding of pumps, motors, valves, sensors and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving ability.
• Confident communicating with customers and engineers.
• Good IT and technical documentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working between an office and customer‑facing field environment.
