Job summary

Right At Home Solent & Southampton is seeking a Field Team Leader to support quality, consistency and outcomes for clients in their own homes. This role covers Fareham, Gosport and Southampton; driving is essential with a full UK licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

You will combine quality monitoring with frontline care delivery and out-of-hours support. Responsibilities include spot checks, risk identification, reporting via AI tools, and maintaining CQC-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Confidence using technology (mobile apps, digital care records) and willingness to embrace AI-supported tools as part of reporting and quality monitoring.
• Professional, reliable, clear communicator, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility with working hours within agreed availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete spot checks / quality visits in the community and write up clear, accurate reports using observations and AI-supported tools.
• Identify risks and concerns early, elevate appropriately, and work with the wider team to help resolve issues (e.g., care plan updates, training needs, practice improvements).
• Act as an ambassador for Right At Home, promoting professional standards and excellent customer service.
• Deliver care calls during the remainder of your availability, providing safe, person-centred care.
• Participate in the on-call rota, supporting carers out of hours (additional payment applies).
• Maintain accurate records in line with CQC expectations, company policy and UK GDPR (data protection).
