MBDA S.A.S. is seeking a Field Support Engineer based in the Portsmouth Dockyard to support maritime weapon systems. You will work at customer locations, respond to technical queries, and implement improvements to ensure product availability and quality.

A hands-on approach, flexibility to travel, and understanding of MOD processes are essential. The role requires security clearance (BPSS) and offers a company bonus, a strong pension, and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on engineer with naval domain experience.
• Ability to respond to technical queries and support at customer sites.
• Mentor junior staff and cooperate with multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide field support at customer locations within Portsmouth and overseas as required.
• Respond to technical queries from customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to minimise disruption and ensure quality.
• Lead Contractor's Working Party when required and ensure compliance with Company Approval.
