Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Farnborough is seeking a Field Support Engineer - IVS to provide technical training, product demonstrations and field support across the EMEA region. The role is based in Farnborough with hybrid working and extensive international travel.

You will deliver curricula, assist sales with technical proposals, install systems and resolve customer issues, while maintaining high security standards and ensuring compliance with UK nationality and clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of firearms bore sighting and zeroing procedures.
• Experience developing, implementing and delivering curriculum per DSAT guidelines.
• Planning and executing capability demos, briefings and competitive trials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal technical training on company products.
• Execute product demonstrations and support field trials.
• Perform installation services for customers in the EMEA region.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Prepare and present design, application and service information to sales staff and customers.
