Job summary

L3Harris is recruiting a Field Support Engineer – IVS to Farnborough. You will deliver formal technical training on night vision and electro-optical systems, support field trials, perform installations, and provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance across the EMEA region.

The role requires strong military experience, clearance eligibility, and the ability to travel extensively. Hybrid work is available where feasible, with UK security requirements guiding assignments.

Qualifications

• Proven Military experience with field engineering, training and maintenance of Night Vision and aiming equipment.
• Ability to obtain UK SC & NATO secret clearance.
• Experience delivering curriculum per Military Approach to Training (DSAT).
• Planning and executing capability demos, briefings and competitive trials.
• Provision of in-country and remote technical advice via phone, e-mail or written media.
• Willingness to travel extensively and internationally as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal technical training on company products for the EMEA region.
• Conduct product demonstrations, support field trials and installation services.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and interpret design data.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and sales proposals for customers.
