Alstom is seeking an overnight first-line technical support engineer for vehicle faults to maintain fleet availability and safety. You will provide on-site and telephone support, travel to outstations within three hours, and input defects into the SAP GSI system.
The role requires an engineering apprenticeship, an HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and PTS/DP qualifications or willingness to train.

Provide first-line overnight reactive technical support for vehicle faults, ensuring a prompt and effective response. Support production sites (Alstom & suppliers) to maintain fleet availability in line with the timetable. Offer technical guidance to uphold fleet safety and reliability.
