Queen Square Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for the role of a Field Service Engineer in Basingstoke, United Kingdom. This 12-month contract is designed for individuals with expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and strong troubleshooting skills in MS Office.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of PC hardware, VPN troubleshooting, and Windows Imaging processes. Additional skills in SCCM and data migration tools are advantageous.

Profile

Essential skills/experience

• Expertise on Windows 10/11 administration
• Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issue
• Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
• Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployment
• Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issue
• Troubleshooting Office issue
• Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issue
• Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment metho
• Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
• Knowledge on One drive
• Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration

Good to have

• SCCM Knowledge
• Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployment
• Microsoft Windows 10/11 Certificate
• Verbal and written proficiency in Native + English language
