The role requires a time-served apprenticeship or an HNC in Engineering, basic electrical training, and a willingness to travel within the UK with overtime as needed.

• Time served apprenticeship or HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic Electrical training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Department with communications and coordination.
• Ensure customers are greeted and looked after while work is undertaken.
• Handle documentation for service sheets and job sheets.
• Accurate parts processing to maintain 100% inventory.
