Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking an Access Platform Repair, Maintenance and Refurbishes technician for our Bradford facility. The role involves inspecting and diagnosing faults in service, assembling components to various vehicle types, and supporting Service Engineers across the organization.

The successful candidate will work in a hands-on environment, demonstrate strong teamwork, and maintain accurate documentation for service sheets and parts so inventory remains precise.

Qualifications

• Time Served apprenticeship or HNC in Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in service/engineering environments is essential.
• Proven ability to work as part of a manufacturing/service team.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and diagnosis of all vehicles and faults in Service.
• Fit/Assemble components to all vehicle types.
• Assist Service Engineers or other team members as required.
• Carry out duties within the scope of the role for service processes and documentation.
• Accurate processing of parts to ensure inventory accuracy.
