Job summary

Kohler Mira is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver field-based services across our UK brands. The role involves repairing and replacing products during on-site visits and ensuring a seamless service journey for customers.

As part of the Customer Service Operations Team, you will work with colleagues to meet service goals, promote spare parts and upgrades, and maintain safety and stock controls. A plumbing background is advantageous and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage visits independently.
• Motivated to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Plumbing background is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving license with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for our products and services during consumer contact.
• Undertake service visits by repairing and replacing products across all brands.
• Provide feedback on field issues by raising early warnings.
• Deliver excellent customer service across UK brands.
• Represent the company professionally in conflict situations.
• Help reduce warranty costs by meeting KPI targets.
• Complete site investigations when required.
• Support business revenue by offering suitable spare parts and upgrades.
• Assist Trainee Field Service Technicians when needed.
• Follow Health and Safety processes with zero-tolerance adherence.
• Maintain accurate van stock levels according to stock control processes.
