Job summary

Kohler Mira Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver field-based services across our UK brands. You will repair and replace products during visits, ensuring a seamless service journey for customers.

The role requires servicing customers, maintaining professional conduct, and contributing to service revenue while upholding safety standards. Training and development opportunities are available across our brands Mira Showers, Rada, and Recoup.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Driven to achieve targets and customer satisfaction.
• Plumbing background is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for our products and services with customers.
• Undertake service visits by repairing and replacing products across all brands.
• Provide feedback on technical field issues to help improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all UK brands.
• Represent the company professionally in any conflict situations.
• Help reduce warranty costs by meeting KPI targets.
• Complete site investigations when required.
• Support revenue growth by offering spare parts and upgrades where suitable.
• Mentor Trainee Field Service Technicians when required.
• Follow Health and Safety processes with a zero-tolerance approach.
• Maintain van stock levels according to company stock control processes.
