Job summary

Kohler Mira Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover Bath and Bristol. You will deliver field-based services for our market-leading brands, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a seamless service journey for customers.

The role requires unsupervised work, a customer-service focus, and a plumbing background is an advantage. A full UK driving license (max 6 points) is essential as you travel to customer sites across our brands.

Qualifications

• Effective and proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised and alone.
• Driven to achieve business targets that drive customer satisfaction.
• Plumbing background an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK Drivers License with a maximum of 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Kohler Mira products and services with customers.
• Undertake service visits, repairing and replacing products across brands.
• Provide feedback on technical field issues by raising early warnings.
• Deliver excellent customer service across Kohler Mira UK brands.
• Represent the company professionally in any conflict situations.
• Reduce warranty costs by delivering against KPIs.
• Complete Site Investigations when required.
• Support revenue by offering appropriate spare parts and upgrades.
