The Field Service Technician role is a critical position within our Service Operations team. You will complete comprehensive training in the electro-mechanical assembly of Dexory’s products, including a 3-month period within the Production team to learn about our robots. After successful training, you will transition to the Service Operations Department to learn troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing robots.

Once trained, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment
  • Developing and implementing work instructions for service and repair tasks
  • Creating service plans in line with engineering recommendations
  • Maintaining product traceability records and currency
  • Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and health and safety regulations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fulfilling additional duties assigned by management

Requirements include:

  • Over five years of experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry (e.g., Motorsport, Aerospace, Railway, Automotive)
  • Ability for frequent travel to client sites worldwide (passport without restrictions)
  • Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work and lead teams through challenges
  • Driven to succeed in a dynamic organization
  • Flexible working hours and locations
  • Full Clean UK driving license

Desirable experience includes:

  • Business tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, G-Suite
  • Manufacturing software and root cause analysis methodologies
