Job summary

Domo Tactical Communications is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deploy, configure and support our tactical wireless and IP video systems for customers across the UK and Europe. You will travel to customer sites, deliver product demonstrations, and work with Sales and Engineering to tailor solutions.

The role combines hands-on technical work with on-site support, customer interaction, and opportunities to grow RF knowledge through varied deployments and training programs.

Qualifications

• Practical experience configuring or troubleshooting IP networked systems (VLANs, routing, multicast).
• Experience with tactical or military communications.
• Experience with wireless networks, telecommunications or secure communications.
• Willing to travel, hold a full driving licence, and be eligible for UK Security Check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver product demonstrations, customer trials and training.
• Configure and support IP, wireless and video communication systems.
• Help customers integrate equipment with wider networks and platforms.
• Diagnose technical problems remotely and on site to aid engineering teams.
• Prepare and maintain demonstration equipment at the Whiteley site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to shape solutions.
• Record support activity and produce clear technical documentation.
