Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd is seeking a Service Sales Business Development Manager to drive service and maintenance contracts across Scotland, the North of England and the Midlands. This field-based role focuses on developing opportunities from enquiry through to contract award, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and strategic account growth.

You will visit sites, prepare tailored quotations, and collaborate with service, operations and sales teams to deliver winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Field sales and business development experience.
• Selling service and maintenance contracts.
• Experience with automatic or industrial doors is a plus.
• Managing opportunities from enquiry through to contract award.
• Conducting site visits and tailoring commercial proposals.
• Negotiating and closing business.
• Using CRM to manage opportunities and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure regional and national service and maintenance contract opportunities.
• Develop new business while maximising opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and complete detailed site surveys.
• Develop commercially appropriate service and maintenance solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and tenders within agreed timescales.
• Proactively follow up quotations, negotiate with customers and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate records of opportunities and sales activity in CRM.
