Job summary

Stannah Group in Liverpool is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Branch Business Plan, oversee PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call-out responsiveness, and margin contribution. Based at Warrington Service Branch with travel across the North West, you will manage the Field workforce and subcontractors, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering.
• Relevant technical or management qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan Engineers workloads
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements
• Carry out regular site monitoring
• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints
• Maintain credit control logs and CRM
