Job summary

Concept Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair forecourt and retail technology nationwide. You will work from home and travel directly to customer sites, fault-finding and maintaining a variety of retail and forecourt systems.

Full training will be provided, including manufacturer-specific certifications. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the role offers a competitive salary with overtime, pension, and company vehicle.

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining, or repairing electrical, electronic, IT, EPOS, or mechanical equipment.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

Carry out reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on fuel dispensers and associated equipment.
Install, service, and commission EPOS systems, peripherals, outdoor payment terminals, and forecourt technologies.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
Complete service reports and documentation to the highest standard.
Provide professional on-site customer support and technical advice.
