Job summary

Concept Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Crawley with travel to customer sites across Sussex and Kent. You will fault-find, service, and repair fuel dispensing and forecourt technologies, installing EPOS systems and performing preventative maintenance.

The role involves home-based work with site visits, and a 1-in-4 on-call rota. We value hands-on engineers with electrical, electronic, IT, or fuel-system experience, and offer full training, company vehicle, and

Qualifications

Experience in field service engineering or related roles.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Experience with electrical/electronic/IT/EPOS equipment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Carry out reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on fuel dispensers and related equipment.
Install, service, and commission EPOS systems and forecourt technologies.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximise reliability and performance.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
Complete service reports and documentation to high standards.
Provide on-site customer support and technical advice.
Work safely following health and safety procedures.
Participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
