Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, maintain and repair industrial equipment across the South of England. You will travel to customer sites from Wanborough, Swindon, delivering first-class service and ensuring systems run reliably.

This role offers a Monday–Friday days pattern, a company van for work and door-to-door overtime with earnings potential above the base salary, plus ongoing training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service/Service/Maintenance Engineer experience.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background.
• Experience in automated environments (manufacturing or industrial).
• Engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Live within 40 miles of Reading.
• Willingness to travel across the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair industrial equipment at customer sites across the South of England.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to keep operations running.
• Provide first-class service and maintain strong health and safety practices.
