Haemonetics Interventional Technologies is seeking a technically motivated Field Service Engineer for the UK South East England or Midlands. You will install, service and repair devices, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation across hospitals and clinics.

You will travel within the region and to other UK sites as required, delivering customer-focused training and product demonstrations while maintaining high service standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical engineering with sound technical knowledge.
• At least four years of Field Service or medical device experience.
• Impeccable customer service skills and a confident, professional manner.
• Full Driving license and ability to travel within the UK.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, repair and maintain Haemonetics devices and services in the UK South East England or Midlands region.
• Minimise downtime through preventive maintenance and rapid fault investigations.
• Coordinate and deliver application and technical training for customers and Haemonetics staff.
• Build strong relationships with customers and demonstrate products through demos.
